Shipping
All products are shipped discreetly in plain packaging and the label is marked private. Most goods that
are dispatched are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. Larger items may be
sent by courier.
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment being
cleared. If for any reason we are unable to do this we will advise you
as soon as we can with an estimated time of shipment and give you the
option to cancel your order.

Notes
Please note there are no deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays. The
Royal Mail can be a little slower than this so please allow up to 7
days for delivery - in the majority of cases your order will be received
on the next working day.
Overseas deliveries may take up to an extra 5 working days to reach you.

You will receive a full refund or replacement (your choice) if for any
reason you are not happy with your purchase.
We realise how important it is that you are confident to try new
products and give them the time they need to work. That's why we allow
90 days for returns. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Arranging a refund or
replacement
Simply return your unfinished product to us and we will do the rest.
The product should not be completely used or worn out. It helps if you
tell us the reason for return when sending goods back.
Please note that Mind and Body Solutions does not pay the cost of
return postage unless the product is faulty.
Where do we ship to?
Basically we ship worldwide (With a few exceptions - see below) - however some items cannot be shipped out
of the UK or Europe for legal reasons so you may not be able to
complete checkout if we cannot ship to your country.
We do not ship to Nigeria, Ghana, Indonesia and most other African countries. If you live in one of these countries we accept cash in advance only as payment because of the high levels of fraud.
We reserve the right to reject and refund payments by credit card if we suspect fraud.
If you choose to pay by credit card we can only ship to the registered address of the cardholder

Orders
You may cancel your order within 7 days under UK law. In practice
however your order will already have been dispatched.
In this case you will need to return the goods to us at your own cost within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund.
